An Opening Roof Specialist will visit you to discuss requirements, explain your options, note down your preferences and measure up the area. Following your consultation, you will receive a proposal and quote to build your new pergola and opening roof system, with your selection of factory integrated accessories.
If you already have an opening roof and would like additional features, upgrades or maintenance – we’re here to assist.
Pergola Design & Custom Installation
Upon acceptance of our proposal we request a minimum 10% deposit to commence the project. The actual deposit amount may vary depending on your project size and inclusions. Before we commence work, our designer will visit your site to record exact dimenions and measurements required to fabricate the system.
The majority of fabrication is done in our factory, made to measure and assembled onsite. Our skilled installers are equipped to tackle any obstacles that may arise onsite, with the tools and trade knowledge to handle all types of building materials, fixtures and custom fabrication.
Product Support & Maintenance
Opening Roof Specialists provides a comprehensive handover, including operation manuals and warranty information for each component of your opening roof system.
The support doesn’t end there. You can call or email our office during business hours for direct assistance. Our friendly and dedicated support team are only happy to answer any questions related to technical support, maintenance and warranty.
